A fun filled river run starting at Elgin, NewBrunswick. It usually take about 4 hours to canoe it without stop but just about everybody stops for beer breaks and to warm up by a camp fires after you get dunked.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
It is important to note the it is cold and the water is freezing. Take extra clothes and put it in a dry bag. Double bagged garbage bag tied at the top will do. You may find yourself very cold and a long way from the takeout.
The river can be fast with class two rapids. It has a few surprises like the famous Colman rock so named because of all the Colman canoes that it claimed.
Please take all your garbage with you. Only leave your foot prints.
Many police are present. Do not drink and drive.
